My experience lies in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors.
I help boards, trustees, HR, operational and project teams, marketing and communications, volunteers, customers/service users successfully define strategy and vision and bring about change.
My skills lie in helping you to look at the bigger picture of what you want to achieve and to design and implement interventions to bring your goals to a successful completion.
This could be through a mix of one-to-one discussions, group facilitation, interviews and listening groups, depending on the project. Backed up with research and carefully thought through findings, brought to you in clear, actionable reports.

I have a flexible approach, centred on your needs. I don’t bring a fixed or rigid model but a clear understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) and making sure that people are heard and respected. I'm creative, and enjoy devising ways to engage people in a way that meets with their needs.

Sessions can be in person or online and can be arranged at intervals to suit you. The usual commitment is 4-6 meetings of an hour and a half.
